I forgot to mention that there appears to be no spark on the battery terminals.

I'm in need of a bell pump?? I think that is what it is called. It is the hand pump on a siemens hdi. Where can i get one? Is it just a dealer part etc?

Cheers guys, wasnt sure if the were different for siemens hdi 90.

Possibly a diesel noob question, but are the glow plugs all the same on 90 hdi's?

Might be speaking too soon, but i think mine is sorted. Reconnected egr, replaced fuel filter, air filter and then sprayed a whole bottle of inlet cleaner through the intake.

The pump is out. Never seen one before, i was expecting to see dome kind of motor! Very confusing, why is there 4 wires going to the lift pump, but only two inside?
