That looks wrong to me but I'm sure someone with more knowledge will confirm. I don't think the idler leans, only the tensioner, so maybe it's not a problem. How many miles has the car done? In theory they shouldn't, they only drive the PAS pump, alternator etc. However on the XUD engines they have a habit of flying into the timing belt and causing it to jump some teeth or come off altogether, so best to get it done.
