Hi, the rear disks on my 52 plate 406tdi have been scored and will fail the MOT. I have got new disks and pads. The disk fitted fine, but the outer pad wont fit. Can anyone help out with these Fault codes for my 406 HDi (90) 52 plate please.

It comes up with:

P1802 Drivers Level 2 Airbag Igniter

P1808 O/S/F/ Side Air Bag Igniter

Any Ideas how to fix this?

Well I have been scratching around in the car, under the bonnet and on the Internet and haven't managed to conclusively locate the fuse for the Diagnostics Socket. The Owners Handbook says its in the engine compartment, but the diagram is nothing like the actual box and all the stuff I have found on...

OK I didn't try it with '406R', I will give that a go... Whilst I'm at it I will check the fuse.

When I get back to work I will try it out with a colleagues 307 and see what happens...

Its not all good news... I plugged it all into the car and came back with "ECU did not reply"!!

Not sure where to go from here... Hopefully not a Garage!!
