Thanks, its the bigger one that baffles me, even Stealers don't know how or where it goes
I am also at a loss as to what the torque settings are for the 2 bolts that fix the regulator to the Pump body

Hi PeterN,
Thanks for the info I will wet the seals with Diesel fuel before I connect up. Do you know if there are supposed to be 2 or 3 seals?? I know where the 2 small ones go but is there another larger seal closer to the gasket end.?? (not sure if seals is the correct terminology.)

Thank you for your helpful comments I removed the Fuel Filter and examined the fuel housing. No signs of contamination. Removed the HP Regulating Control Valve and removed 2 small rubber washers and gasket. Cleaned with brake cleaner and replaced the small washers. On purchasing from Peugeot Stealer...

Yes you can clean it, the o-ring on it is easy to damage. You can get repair kit's on ebay. You need to soak the tip in acetone for one hour min & blow it off with compressed air, there's a tutorial on you tube. The repair kit's about £15 on ebay or you can buy a new valves on ebay for about £70. I...
