Erratic temperature guage
I have a peugeot 406 estate of 1999.; XU10 engine. the temperature gauge is erratic. It goes from 90 to the red end and back to 90. Does any one have a clue. I have bled the cooling system but I did not see any change

Some of the fuses under the bonnet were burnt. So the car has started but the temperature gauge is erratic. It goes from 90 to the red end and back to 90. Does any one have a clue. I have bled the cooling system but I did not see any change

this is beyond removing battery, ECU or BSI for hours and replacing them. I have tried all that. The ECU is still intact. Am afraid if there is a sensor that is affected.
