They do indeed, although I think part of the build process involved blocking them up with gunge... viewtopic.php?f=18&t=8130&p=78625&hilit ... oyl#p78625

Still nothing? Ah crap, sorry bud. We can only hope he's found somewhere with better grub. Yeah, some people are right helpful  Oddly enough we'd been missing Pickle all day today, I've been up and down the road looking in gutters, behind bushes, in bins etc. starting to get that sinking...

Re: and today i have mostly been...

Oh, sorry to hear that, I know just how that feels. Hopefully he's just shut in someone's shed or garage (worth asking about?) rather than stolen. Archie was missing over a bank holiday weekend, I suspect he was in next door's garage, first work day and there he was. Obama went and we never saw him ...

Err, you don't know? If you don't know how old the oil is then it's probably due a change!

I think they come with a mounting, maybe under the radio itself? It's a while back now but, as I had no intention of using the audio jack, I think I just tucked it away behind the radio and I had a USB male to female cable dangling under the radio, which didn't look so messy  https://irepo.pr...

Congratulations. I think, I've no idea if 33% full of clinker is good or bad!

Zero codes sounds a bit fishy to me, surely there's a glowplug code...

Re: old topic, 406 replacement ?

At least the bottom end will last more than 100,000 miles...

Opinions seem to be divided, they're either the best car ever owned or a mass of faults binned when something expensive went wrong or the floor fell out.

Re: Peugeot 406 Coupe EV conversion

I know most of the sensors etc. run on 5 volts but the ecu's (ecm, bsi) run on the full battery, if the voltage drops you start getting all sorts of weird errors.

Re: Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.

So it's happy with the pulses once it's up and running, ok. Is the second position accessories? Even on conventional cars, seeing as how modern electronics are so sensitive to voltage, I'm surprised they can cope with the voltage drop while the starter is running without having a nervous breakdown. ...

Looks bluddy useful to me, I'd have it myself if I 1. Still had a 406 and 2. lived somewhere a tad closer.

I have one similar for the yoyo, it's great unless the seats are down, then its a nuisance. It's presently in the cat room, our kittens were born on it

I despite tomatos  You what despite tomatoes? I suspect the main reason you, er, despite tomatoes (unless you're actually allergic to them) is you've never had a good 'un. The toms you buy in the supermarket are rubbish, tomatoes bruise easily and don't last long when ripe so store bou...
