Re: antipolution system defective
So, replaced the dodgy MAF from my other 406, cleared all the errors and went for a drive. Antipollution error seems to be gone as well as the engine icon. If it won't come back we good here.. but considering it came back 100% of the time before I would assume this is now sorted. Cable ties are like...

Re: antipolution system defective
Yeah I got PP2000.. bough the cable on ebay long time ago.. just checked the car today: https://i.imgur.com/L6cJwTP.jpg So the first two faults I would guess are related to the MAF sensor? As with other things in this car, the sensor has a cable tie around it, which suggest something is very sus wit...

Re: antipolution system defective
Ok, I will give it a few more days.. like I said, everything is working so it's not urgent. But I've checked everything and could not find anything unplugged or anything out of order. All vacuum pipes seems to be in order and I did not start the car while the servo was being swapped. I swapped rocke...

How to retrieve PIN?
Have anybody successfully retrieved the PIN for the car? The one I bought have central locking working but remote is not. I have tried to sync the key without success. Attempted to 'program' it via pp2000 but got stuck on PIN. I did a bit of research and there seems to be or at least used to be a wa...

antipolution system defective
So, I got a new error.. something about antipolution system defective. This popped up on the display the first time I started it after I replaced the servo  with engine light on dashboard as well. I did not pay much attention to it at first, thinking it will go away. But it looks like it's her...

Re: How to remove break servo?
Hey frog, It's right hand drive (UK) as you can see in pictures that the rod at the end of the servo do not connect straight but goes 90 degrees to the linkage which goes to the other side to the break pedal.

Re: Wanted sat nav remote
Wow Frog, that's super cool.. how much would it cost from scratch?
Would it be cheaper than the ebay one?
I was thinking trying some of the TV remotes.. we got tons of them in work.

Wanted sat nav remote
So I'm looking for one.. to setup time and date  I'm in Manchester.. if anybody got one for spare for a few quid, I'll be more than happy to pick up from around north west. There is one overpriced on ebay for £30, but I'm not paying that just to setup time in the car :? Still don't understand ...

Re: How to remove break servo?
So, I have managed to complete the swap, bled the breaks with new DOT-4 fluid and the breaks are working like they should 8). Further to that.. the repair also solved the limp mode the car was in as I think the lack of vacuum affected the turbo and the car accelerated like snail before and now it fe...

Re: How to remove break servo?
So I'm a bit stuck.. I've removed all 4 botls holding the servo, but the connection to the linkage is held with a retention pin and there is really bad access. I can reach it from bellow, but was not able to remove the clip yet.. :| https://i.imgur.com/1HLDCz3.jpeg https://i.imgur.com/NDwwHQA.jpeg

Re: 5175 E9 REAR SUSPENSION ARM
Hey Groom, have you been able to find your replacement arms? I don't remember exactly where I bought it, but I do remember it was not available anywhere the usuall like ebay/amazon/euro car parts etc... I just googled every link that popped out with the part number and use the auto-translate functio...

Re: How to remove break servo?
Good news everyone! I managed to source the EXACT servo I need. After couple of days googling everywhere.. I came to the conclusion that 4535K9 is simply not being sold/made anymore.. but funny enough 4535K8 which is the exact same part only for left hand drive vehicles with longer rod that come out...

Re: How to remove break servo?
Thanks Steve.. looks like I will need to search for 4535K9 then as I don't think I have the ESP.. no button anywhere that would look suspicious. Also finding the correct servo looks like will be a challenge.. I was also thinking maybe worth replacing the vacuum pump.. it's only £20 used one from eba...

Re: How to remove break servo?
Also I'm having a bit of trouble to identify the correct replacement part that I need. Anybody knows what part number should I search for reg: KV52ZFX or vin: VF38ERHZF81530938 According to catalogs.ssg.asia (if I selected the correct car) there are 2 variants: BRAKE APMLIFIER UNION RIGHT HAND DRIVE...
