Hi k3v. I went from a V6 mazda MX6, a Honda Integra VTEC (fine handling) to get my HDi 110. I can honestly say I don't miss my old petrols, the HDi can produce a surprising turn of speed, and will give impressive 60 to 90 acceleration on the motorway due to the torque, and the engine will be doing l...

Seems like someones pleased to be able to buy stuff for the car again though - good on yer fella!

If it was me I would consider going to a Pug dealer for a 'Global Test' (diagnosis). I would guess it is a simple fault with a sensor but finding it yourself could be a nightmare without the right kit. The stoplight will turn off the A/C as it thinks the engine is running hot and needs to save on ex...

I can definately feel something hard under the leather material (ohh err) but that's about it. This is a strange one, the owners manual states that if the 'sausage head' light does not illuminate then it can indicate a problem and you should go to the dealer etc etc. The Dealer told me ages ago that...

CAT C and D are (I think) damage repairables, D being minor damage and C being more damage, B is breaker only and I don't know what A is but it must be serious!

I was driving, the only accident I have had in 18 years of driving.

You'll have to bear with me for not discussing in too much detail, however, in June there was a head on collision with a lorry and it was very unpleasant.

The car was indeed a CAT B write off suitable for breaking only.

Supa, with 3 bags in your pocket the world of 406's awaits.

On Autotrader, I've just seen an 02 plate HDi 110 at a dealer in Kingswinford (where?) for ?2750.00

There's loads of others too!

Well it definately needs sorting before Captain gets back.

I'm worried that my amateur hash ups won't do it any justice.

Supa, can't you download a programme from somewhere?

?2600.00 is okay considering the mileage, Insurance companies seem to be getting the prices about right TBH, they were pretty much on the mark with the FTO, they even 'factored in' some minor cosmetic issue which 'would' have affected any possible private sale in the future even though they were loo...
