hi im thinking of buying a 406 exec estate diesel, condition more important than year which model has the cheapest road tax?

im getting confuesed as i want a reliable estate and the more i read on here the more im having seconed thoughts.used to have a 405 diesel had 180000 when i bought it and 254000 when i sold it.all it ever cost me was a cambelt,tyers,balljoints and bits and pieces but nothing major. ,so i thought pug...
