is it an easy job on a 2.2 sri?

is it worth doing?
Past car - D9 2.2 SRi estate, sleeper, family wagon & general hauler!

That'll have the ML5 still so it'll be a piece of cake. Here's one I did earlier :cheesy:

It probably won't make a scrap of difference to how it feels but it's probably worth doing for peace of mind.

Fairly easy. Jack up, drain (you'll need a square key iirc), remove air filter box+pipe, remove the reverse light switch (22mm socket iirc) and using a funnel slap in 1.9 litres of new oil after closing the drain plug (with a new copper washer!)
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang
