loose handbrake ?

loose handbrake ?
when my handbrake is on there is a lot of play side to side, is this normal ive only noticed last few days ?

There's a bit of side to side play in mine, if it's excessive the bracket may be loose. Centre console out and there are 4 bolts that hold it down. I'd be surprised if they were loose though!
