BSI unit HDI 90 406

Can anyone tell me where to locate the BSI unit on a 1999 406 HDI 90 please

I believe the BSI to be in the cabin fusebox panel, which is the panel under the steering wheel (you open it by turning the three screws (you can use a coin for that) and then pulling up the steering wheel adjustment lever).

It's above the fuse panel - take the soft soft sound deadening panel off from above the pedals & look up, it's a black box about twice the size of a hard disk drive.

Are there ant fuses above the passenger foot well ?
