hi, the hdi is even easyier as you dont need to time the fuel pump up all you need to time up is the crank and the cam,but if i was you i would do it ASAP as it could let loose, it only takes about an hour to but make sure you change the water pump aswell or you could be doing the job again in a week or two. :(

PM jasper5 he is in east lancs not too far away from you Lozz and he is a god with the 406's,

he will give you a good honest price and i whole heartedly believe his workmanship is top notch, he has always received nothing but praise on here for his work.

*jasper you owe me a fiver i reckon for that singing endorsement

lozz send jasper5 a pm.

i bet no1 in lancashire will beat his price. he likes to help people out on the forum.

he charged me £60 to supply and fit bottom engine mount and 1 rear top link . yes supplied the parts and fitted them for £60

you see what i mean. top guy he will help you .

(i gave him a bit more than that tho to say thanks - £60 was a bit to less i thought)

I'd still look at getting the cambelt changed - nothing ruins your day quite like that snapping... If in doubt...
