I thought the turbo we use is unique to the 406 due to mountings??

The T2 is the default bearing housing used on T2's, T25's and T28's

The difference between the T2's is the diameter of the compressor wheels / covers 2", 2.5" and 2.8"

Peugeot use a non-standard exhaust housing unlike the rest of the world who believe in standardisation :D

i always wonder,

So, if you can get a garrett t2's turbo will that means it will fit directly to pug 2.0 16v (non turbo)? when i mean directly is that you don't need to replace the pistons, rings and other things? i'm sure you still have to lower your compression though.

podu, could you let us know if you've fitted the turbo onto your pug? it seems pretty close to what i want to experience. :cheesy:

Yes it will... its only the difference between the compressor wheel and cover that is denoted by the use of 5 or 8
