leak from old mans xsara injector-need help

my old mans hdi xsara,has a sooty stuff over the rocker coker etc,& theres gas (or maybe atomised diesel) coming from the base of the injector on the far right.Ive heard that there should also be a pip on this or diesel will piss out.where?or is it maybe a seal thats gone.how do these injectors come out?

You can buy a seal kit off ebay for about £15 and i read about a guy removing them and he reckoned it was quite easy and it also says in the pug 307 haynes manual can email you a copy of the page if you want
