sri turbo losing power

Hi, my old sri turbo seems to have a distinct lack of power. turbo seems to be spooling up ok and isnt seized, getting some blow off when disconnecting the dump valve, but doesnt seem to be as much as there once was.
the exhaust is knackered and blowing but after the cat and have new one on order, engine management light is not on and as far as i can work out theres no fault codes stored. any suggestions?

Perhaps the intercooler's sprung a leak? Other than removing it, cleaning it then putting it upside down in a full bathtub, I have no idea how you'd check...
