What to do when a part is no longer manufactured?

Afternoon all, my 406lx 1999 1.8l has a broken out hose from the fuel filter and Peugeot DO NOT MAKE THEM anymore for spares. Their suggestion was to get one made! What a joke! All scrappies I have tried haven't got any petrol models in jut diesel. Any of you guy got any suggestions please???? Help me

Put a pic up of wat u need there's a petrol in a scrapper by me I was in there saturday

Or a part number...

There's a whole lot of D8 parts Peugeot no longer make, I guess they have to draw the line somewhere :(

Can you not get a non genuine part from somewhere like Unipart?
1997 2 litre GLX 4dr now dead!

Are you saying the fuel filter housing is broke?
If so, you could bond the pipe back on
Until last year I didn't know mine had been bonded back on previously
1999 D8.5 HDi GLX - Sold :(

What filter is it?
is it the Metal can type like on the petrol Xantias?

which part as broke,?

they can manufacture parts, they may even have the part available as they stock a lot of parts dating back years!
