if someone knows if is posible to put a manual gear box in a 3.0 v6 engine of the 406 coupe 2001?

I severely doubt it'd be easy. As well as simply swapping the box you'd probably need to retro-fit a clutch pedal changing the brake pedal while you're at it, add the clutch hydraulics, fit gear linkage, etc and then there's the electronic gubbins you might well need to convince your car you no longer have an auto box.
Probably be lot easier and a cheaper to sell your coupe, buy a manual one, then put in the effort to make it look as nice as your current one does now

its impossible, the engine management is wired into the gearbox management, as you have a 2001 you will also have a BSi, which is configured to an automatic, you will need a list of parts worth more than the car and more than a manual v6 coupe are worth put together
