Reaplacing the fuel tank in Diesel 406

Hello,

Somehow a hole has appeared in the fuel tank of my 406. The breakdown bloke plugged it with chemical metal and a screw, but I have a tank winging its way to me from a breakers.

Now the important bit... Does anyone out there have info or advice on how to swap the tank over? I have chassis stands to put the car on to make a bit easier.

Any help and tips will be greatly received...

The car is 2002 406 HDI (90) with a plastic tank.
