Yes i agree with what you are saying stay clear of the cheaper options ie plug in boxes because all that does is increase boost with no research and development. When your car is chipped you are paying an hours labour plus commision for the dealer and the research and development that super chip do testing on the car its a total remap were they safetly adjust turbo performance and reliability to a safe limit. They decide what is the most in any gear to achieve and its preset mapped out tested on a rolling road. Then road tested and adjusted and so on. Thats what you are paying for. They also give you a years guarantee. of upto 10k that it will not break with result of being chipped. The dealer i used is a tvr specialist but they are is a dealer for super chip use a laptop and download ther software from super chip and change your ecu to the remap and its that simple.
