Re: help with 206 hdi please
Hi Stuart,
Sorry to hear about your problem. If it were a 406, the first thing to try would be a BSI reset viewtopic.php?f=10&t=10968
It may work just the same with the 206, but it could be worth checking on a 206 forum, or maybe Peugeot Forums http://www.peugeotforums.com/
This may help too. viewtopic.php?f=10&t=15520
PM me if you need help with PP2000, I don't live far from you....

Re: help with 206 hdi please
Thanks Doggy......yes I have tried the BSI reset but its not having any of it.....does your planet recode the keys to the BSI.....because if I send the unit away it will need recoding. .....and I would rather contribute towards your fund rather than a greedy garage. ....thanks again mate.....ps my 406 is running perfect since I changed the swirl actuator. ....

Re: help with 206 hdi please
Stuart,
The only thing I have tried regarding keys is to get the BSI to 're-learn' the original remote c/locking plips, (which had lost sync when I removed the battery without following the '3-minute rule' and would not re-sync any other way). To do this you also need the 4-character PIN code that code that should come with the car.
If you haven't got the PIN, try googling PSA VIN to PIN
