Ive blocked all holes where vac would be lost. No issues there.
I can leave all the disconnected ones open as ive removed them from the vacuum circuit altogether.
Far as I can see, the main line from vac pump goes straight to the brake master cylinder then gets divided into two outlers from there. 1 for turbo, 1 for egr (which in turn feeds the doser)
As such ive left the main feed to the turbo electrovalve, and disconnected the pipe for the others at the master cylinder end and blocked it off there.
As such the 2 electrovalves for the doser and egr are essentially vacuumless, but not affecting the other systems. They can open and close all they like with no effect

You could remove the butterfly from the air doser that way you can leave it plugged in.
