The pre-post heating one's been there forever - won't cause the EML
The egr message is what you get if you blank it and don't change the software, (maybe it's partially blocked itself) - won't cause the EML
The accelerator pedal signal is the favourite culprit for the EML - I wouldn't worry unless it returns
The upstream cat temp sensor gets ignored anyway and normally displays 752.0 degrees.

When we removed the FAP, we found the plug disconnected (brown 2-pin plug, somewhere under the servo). Maybe it's fallen out again?
