clutch judder
my clutch and flywheel were changed about two years ago on my rapier 406 90bhp,ive noticed after a good drive and engine is hot my clutch judders badly in first and reverse, when cold its not to bad,it was a cheap clutch, any other problems i may need to be aware of,?should i have the mounts checked or could it be the cheap clutch is on way out,ive done about 10,000 miles since the new clutch.the mechanic said my thrust bearing had completly shot,im hoping they havent just changed the bearing and ripped me of,i was charged £280 for parts and fitting.
Re: clutch judder
Best to check your mounts first especially the lower one.
The clutch is only recently giving this problem?
It's possible for some oil contamination or springs in the clutch to be worn/damaged.
It's also possible the bearing isn't moving on its slide smoothly.

Out of curiosity why was the flywheel changed?
All the HDi90's had a solid flywheel?
