Chasing around loads since getting this 2.2 HDI ******, sorted the Diaphragm which was leaking and the end was broken off, then that seemed to work for a few miles then the EML again with the DPF blockage so cleaned that out until it get's remapped as it will be removed, Again fine for a while until we got on the motorway for a couple of miles and yep it came back on. But since I cleaned the DPF out on the way home we managed a good 45 minutes of no limp mode
But the brakes would once in a blue moon have no servo assistance, so today I checked it out, the servo seems to be leaking, you cannot hear anything thou as with it connected the old Diaphragm does not fully move until you block the end of the vac supply to the servo off which hopefully points to the servo loosing some vac from time to time so causing random issues with the system and bringing on the EML and bloody Limp mode
Sounds feasible ?
If the servo is leaking then it is dropping the vacuum needed for the turbo waste gate which is possible causing the EML ( turbo over-boost ) and maybe the swirl diaphragm too.
Is it the servo leaking or the little attachment on the front?
You could bypass the swirl diaphragm to save some vacuum for the turbo.

The servo at a guess as the valve works as it should and the seal is good too, As it's intermittent I would say the seal where the rod from the pedal/cross bar operates the servo is on it's way out.
I'll have to find a S/H servo or if they are cheap enough a new one and go from there
Mine was about £100 inc VAT from Peugeot - I had my local friendly Peugeot/Cistern indy to fit it for £80 - it was very fiddly...
When you buy a new one, it comes with the valve too..
