Okay, I didn't realise.
So is it a single branch off the vac pump? If so then just swap them over - single on the servo and the T piece on the pump 8)

Yup, just a single quick release connector on the vac pump!

Tila, one thing I'd like to bring to your attention -- the previous owner must have played around with the standard vacuum layout for a reason. Perhaps the turbo EV was not working correctly, I would suggest when you get time swapping it over with one of the other (now unused) ones to check it is working properly. That way you know for sure if it's functioning as intended.
Hi Ben,
Thank for the prompt reply. I removed turbo and EGR EVs and connected to a 12v power supply to check whether its working, only EGR EV had a little click sound, so I thought its working and swapped the Turbo EV with EGR EV. I think its working as intended. I noticed a hissing for 2-3 minutes from turbo EV after the engine shutdown. I put my finger on Turbo Ev's filter area(the nozzle in bottom), I felt the vacuum from it and the hissing through the EV. Also this hissing goes when I put the brake pedal down for few times. Is it normal vacuum coming from Turbo Ev's feed IN hose for few minutes after shutting-down the engine?

It happens on my car too, I believe it's the rush of air entering the vacuum system to equalise pressure on shutdown, but don't quote me on that! You will not hear anything really when running 12V through the EV as they work on pulse-width modulation (this is what the duty cycle refers to in PP2000). Essentially the amount of vacuum it lets through is dictated by how long the 12v pulses are that are sent through the EV, you won't be able to replicate this with a simple 12V supply without some more specialist equipment.

This is how it works:

With regards to the brakes, I'm not sure what's happening there. As long as there is always enough assistance under braking I wouldn't be concerned about it -- do keep an eye on it though.

Best Regards,
Ben.
Hi Ben,

I was worrying about the hissing and now think it should be normal, I misunderstood just plugging into 12V something should be happened, it may not be a click sound from inside the EV but the spark sound I heard when connecting wire to power. Thanks for sharing knowledge on that. So far I feel car runs better and I am very much satisfied and would do the BG244 treatment on my next long journey.

Thanks

Best Regards,
Tila
