Is it possible to guess (by vibration or other side effects) whether dual-mass flywheel is replaced with single-mass flywheel (on HDI 2.2)?

I have a solid flywheel on my 2.2hdi, fitted by the previous owner.

To be honest when driving there is no discernible difference that I can tell, however there are increased vibration when coming to a stop ( only once you have pulled up and only about half a second )
Whether this is the flywheel or whether it's another one of my cars 'characteristics' that it has developed, due to numerous unsympathetic owners
