what type of oil woul you recommend for a 90 with 95,000 on the clock just changed it with millers fully synthetic 5 40 thats what my local dealer recommended at a price of £32.99 for 5litres!!!! and ever since its developed a small rattle,my father who owned the car previously used s/synthetic 10 40. ive noticed that you can put a prybar behind the crankshaft and there seems to be a little movement is this normal,and finally what could be causing knocks on the rear suspension besides the short links as ive replaced these? thanks

When my rear suspension was knocking it was the anti roll bar bushes that were shot
