well i can see from that kit, your getting a valeo kit, which is the best you can get for the HDi, the only other kits available are the LUK or QH (which are just utter bollox) and there maybe some others but the valeo one is the best buy, replacing the DMF for a conventional flywheel basically means that you will never have to worry about it breaking again, and will never have symptoms such as like intermittent clutch even though the clutch is only about 40,000 miles old
it wont make teh car any slower, you will just feel engine vibration slightly more than you would have been used to and the clutch will judder abit
406 James question (although it is also open for others)

Hi,
James i can get a second hand comm 2000 unit for my car for £70 but is this a waste of time as it will break as well in the not to distant future, thus better looking for a 2003 406 at the scrap yard that will have the new design?
THanks for all you help, i think i am getting the clutch and fly wheel replaced, not sure on the solid fly wheel may go for the dual mass one. as i like the egine running smooth.
