im not exactly knowledgable about engines,
whats a de-cat? lol...
im guessing its where you remove the cat converter?
i dident know we could, legally,
is there anything else id have to do to the car to ensure that once its removed id still pass an mot?
been planning on removing the center box anyway, and replacing the back box,
and later an iduction kit and a bailey dump valve,
just to give it a little extra, dont want to go mad..

Buy a MilTek sports cat and stick that on in place of your stiock one, if you get a full stainless done you can add the sports cat to it because its made using stainless steel... will set you back about £270 for the cat and about £300 for the exhaust if you go power flow!574lk3r wrote:newb alert...

Got the cam now , but have been put off the idea of fitting it from a few comments from the dutch forums saying that the cam is too hot for a turbo motor and has far too much overlap, the cam to use is the one from the 122bhp catted motor and not the gti cam. shameThedrill wrote:Hopefully be fitted next week when it arrives, will let you know of any improvement.
