Thx
Its the cat on its own no pipework and I believe its a 200 cell as they don't make a 400... 400 - 600 I believe is a conventional cat and this is why they are so restrictive.

it will throw a wobbler again eventually though, somehow
have you thought about forged rods and pistons?

There was a blue SRi Turbo on ebay a few weeks ago running 225hp... up for £1500
Ecosse charged £1800 to supply and fit forged pistons..... £1800 is the cost of forged pistons and rods oh with about £500 change for some nice ARP rod bolts and T16 bearings ! ! ! ! ! lol

you could fit them yourself, its not exactly a challenge, just take the sump off and the head, undo the rod bolts for the apropriate cylinder then push the rod and piston from the bottom up through the top of the block

LOL..... I would fit them myself anyway...
But I wouldn't bodge it like that... I'd have the cylinders honed out first
Oh and I have a spare engine to build remember ! ! !
