How do you reactivate central locking ?

While I'm still on the PC just one other problem, got the car back from garage central locking not working , Has happen twice before , but not sure on the procedure to boot it up again , something like put drivers mirror down , lock doors manually disconnect battery , wait 15, 20 seconds reconnect battery turn lights on ???? then try central locking , did get a link a year back from Welton to site with a few different ways of booting up central locking problems, Is the link still out there after the big crash of the 406C and PUG406 Forum back in the summer.
