Or contaminated friction plate. It still could be the mounts tho, so start by looking at them.

Do you mean the rear anti-rollbar or the rear drop links?

You might want to check the anti-rollbar bushes front and rear, mine were perished as hell, not a terrible job to do.
I had to change the drop links on the front and rear too and the top link rods; these are a bit more of a pig to do!
I had to drop out the rear shocks to undo the bottom nuts on the rear drop links; you have to use an allen key in the end of the ball-joint to stop it spinning which generally rounds off meaning mole grips or dremel with next to no access  ; same problem on the front links but theres enough access to get moles on the back of the ball joint.

If you need any advice give me a shout cos I didn't do the job that long ago.

Just had the clutch done on my 2.0hdi, had vibration through the pedal, juddering when pulling away, no slipping clutch and was smooth while driving.
Problem was knackered release bearing, this damaged the pressure plate, fork and cone. Some of the teeth on the pressure plate were broken.

Hope it helps.

Good luck in fixing it.

Paul.

No worries :)
Hey another biker! I've still got the taste of brake fluid in my mouth, I found the braided hose I bought a while back which my wife tidied for me
Got it fitted tonight but all I had was a bit of clear hose to bleed it hence DOT4 breath  Anyway, job done, I can't believe what a difference it's made! No more squashy front brake! 8)

Edit: I'm at a bike rally on the isle of wight next weekend so if you do have any questions let me know before friday! I'm back on monday; inlaws taking the kids so a weekend on the piss with my wife (among other things!) :cheesy:

Another Edit: Change the rear anti-rollbar bushes while you're doing the drop links; you need to remove the links to do the bushes so perfect time for the job
