There's no such thing officially! The 2.0L Turbo is 8v.
Apparently there are people who've fitted the 16v head to it but I don't recall where I read that :?

2.0l 16v turbo eh the only peugeot engine with that spec is the T16 engine i cant remember what car its originaly from but ul never find one there as rare as rocking horse shi.t.
you could make a custom 2.0l 16v t with the sri engine using a 16v head custom manifolds and ecu but theres alot of work needed. or get a 306 gti engine supercharge it you can get kits from around £3000 then drop that in ur 406.

ul be lucky to find a t16 engine though and if you did it will cost u an arm and a leg to buy it

Not happening. The tubby's a unique car due to the super-relaxed nature of the 8 valve XU10J2TE. You can turn a 16v into a 16v turbo, but not a 'tubby' 8)
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang

You might have to.. at least to get a turbo manifold that will fit. I'm pretty sure the 8v and 16v heads don't share the same exhaust port layout.. and a decompression plate wouldn't go astray either.
