205 1.9 gti cam in an sri

right could someone give me some imformation about this ive heard that a 1.9 205 cam is a good and cheap upgrade for the lazy sri cam i believe foxy use to have one in his sri. does this mod actually give you any gains with the sri engine. i know you can get a kent performance cam for the sri which according to this ebay item they helkp the engine keep it power past the 4000 rev mark

what gains could i expect from the 205 gti cam any info would be great
i take it a remap would be needed also
