Probably not hard because they will have changed the brake/clutch fluid as part of the service. As for why it's vibrating, chances are you're now feeling the engine vibrating at bite point due to the shot mount because there's now no compression in the hydraulics (as it should be!)

No is now dead, they did something for sure, today I was driving and when I was clutching it was vibrating more and more, finally I couldn’t take it out of the gear and the pedal was staying to the floor, if I lift the pedal it will have pressure few pressing then down again. I had to tow the car into the garage. I cant believe is just a coincidence, I took the car for servicing on the 20th, the same night I noticed the pedal was vibrating and not just feeling the engine proper vibration, and two days later I had to tow the car.

I asked a friend and from what I told him he said are the brushes and the pump or something.

Could the garage have done something to damage it this way or is just an unfortunate coincidence? Today I'm sad I had 4 Peugeots 4 series and is the first time I tow one.... :|

Clutch going to the floor and needing to be manually raised would indicate air in the system or a leak. Wouldn't surprise me if they forgot to close a bleed nipple on the clutch or something after changing the fluid
