2.0 Turbo Boost Question

I have a question this all relates back to my car not having any Boost just throwing it open to all on the forum for some opinion and help on the matter.
Heres what happened I was getting overboost and the (K) error light would come on and engage limp mode for a few seconds(ON HARD ACCELERATION) then reset and return to normal.
Then one day I was accelerating hard, Boost, change gear, then no boost what so ever. Only a loud exhast note(Dry Sounding)
I found out that the turbo oil seals had been leacking and had coked the bearings. So I got my Turbo reconed (New Seals and Bearings) and got it back on still no boost. So I replaced the Electro Valve (solinoid) no change, Next I changed the Intercooler no change.

Im just wondering now if this could possibly be as simple as the Wastegate stuck open(coked) and all presure going through the exhaust??? I dont know what else it can be I had a diagnosic ran (Peugeot Planets System) all presure before the turbo is fine and dandy and 02 sensors are fine. Just a serious lack of push after the turbo which is working???

Simple answer regarding the wastegate, is to check it out and eliminate it.

I had a sticking wastegate on my Lotus, but because it had been chipped, I didn't have fuel cutout but could spin the wheels in 4th. On disassembly, operation was very notchy over the whole range of movement explaining why sometimes it overboosted (sticking closed) and other times it failed to boost (sticking open).

I guess what has happened is that you have had a sticking wastegate and the extra boost has spun your turbo faster than normal and stressed your seals and bearings. Eventually you've experienced fuel cutoff (at some margin over and above designed levels of boost) and the wastegate is now stuck open, so freeing the wastegate should cure the problems.
