Circle inside a broken circle light on dash

what does it mean? i get it when i start the car up and press the brake pedal, it goes on and off when i press/depress the pedal, but only does it for like first minute after car is driving, doesnt seem to do it after ive been driving a while, does it mean brake fluid is getting low?

Sounds like the brake pad-low warning light but you may have to be more shpeshific (sorry, bean drinking. again.)

Low pads, low fluid etc. both the same (although low fluid normally gives a 'beep' on the MFD.
