Flat spot when changing from 1st to 2nd gearOc

Occasionaly when accelerating away at around or just below half throttle in 1st gear and changing into 2nd gear at 3000-3200rpm there is a 1-2 second pause of almost nothing like its not on boost.

Its only does 1-2 times a week if that, but then somtimes does it twice a day and then doesnt do it for the rest of the week.



Any Ideas?
