Knocking from Front Wheel

When I am turning a tight bend I get acouple of knockings from the front drivers side wheel.
Any ideas what this could be ???

Sounds like a CV joint...

A couple? Could be anti roll bar drop links, could be cv joint as CJ says (although just twice?) could be a duff tyre, could be all sort of things - get it up in the air and have a squint.

To check the cv joint, go on a car park with plenty of room, turn the car in a circle on full right hand lock, a worn cv joint will knock all the way round.

Sounds like a drop link or track rod end, ball joint or as Steve says, anything.
