Part Number Required
Evening all
I need some help confirming a part number for my 406 on Servicebox.
Chassis number - VF38E4HXFxxxxxxxx
I THINK I'm looking for part number 1809.33 - bottom engine mount rubber.
I've already found the left and right hand side part numbers (1827.16 and 1844.82) and can buy the 2 here in France for €51 and €22 respectively. I just need someone to check if the part number I'm looking for is correct, or should I be searching for another part number.
Hopefully some charitable soul can help me out.

Re: Part Number Required
I see 1809.21 as the part you require.Flexible bush right.DW10ATED (number 24 in the diagram).
Correct me if I see the wrong engine.

I'm not very confident using servicebox, I could use a tutorial, I saw the numbers provided and matched them with the diagram showing those numbers.
I'm lazy and let the dealer sort out numbers

Re: Part Number Required
Thanks to both of you - it is indeed a 2.2Hdi.
Always wondered what the proper name for the colour was - now I know.
While I'm on the case, anyone know what the equivalent prices are in the UK for 3 parts I need to buy here in France...?

Re: Part Number Required
No worries
Afraid I can't help with prices as mine are in Croatian Kuna (which is a kind of stoat
)

You really need to start with what car you're working with and go through it to the right diagram, you could end up anywhere working backwards. With the chassis number it's a piece of gateaux though, slap it in the box marked "Véhicule" and it filters out all the parts that don't fit the car, even if it's in the diagram it won't show the part number.jasper5 wrote:I'm not very confident using servicebox, I could use a tutorial, I saw the numbers provided and matched them with the diagram showing those numbers.

Re: Part Number Required

Sorry, didn't read it properly - I'll look them up this evening, (unless some kind soul does it first), as I can't access ServiceBox from work.

Re: Part Number Required
Cheers Dogslife.
Overall, the bits are €12 (about £10) less over here, so I think I'll be doing some shopping this weekend...

Re: Part Number Required
You're welcome.
Just a thought - if you have access to the French version, would you look up an occasional price should we need something particularly expensive?
