Headlights adjustment

Hi, Off to Germany via France soon and was just wondering if!
There is a way to adjust the headlights or do I have to Buy the deflectors to fit/

youll need to purchase deflectors to fit due the the beam settings on the headlights not to dazzle or european neighbours but make sure you got a full spare bulb kit a first aid kit and a hi-viz vest as i do believe there required by law out there
