Very interesting Bosch injector animation

I'm thinking of taking my injectors apart to clean out the carbon whilst my head is away and found this very interesting animation of whats inside the injector and how it works

Anyone on here taken injectors apart before ?, if so was it easy ?, and was it worth it ?, did you notice any difference in the running of the engine afterwards ?
