2000 xreg 1.8 petrol Engine oil leak

2000 xreg 1.8 petrol Engine oil leak
I'm having trouble finding this leak , back of engine ( sump gasket?) The crank seals are O.K, but oil is coming from somewhere, could it be a breather blocked? Local mechanic said 1.8 engines are well known for sump leaks, How difficult is it to remove sump and fit new gasket/ silicone sealant? Any help most appreciated.

It's weeping from the right hand joint ( cam belts side) So worth a try, once the oil hits the drive shafts it goes everywhere so it difficult to see where it's coming from, i'll change the gasket this weekend. Thanks for your suggestion. :-)
