turbo problems

hi all got a turbo prob i think. its only running 0.5 bar should be 0.9 max and for some reason there is a squeal noise like a fooked belt when under full boost but only after 5.000 rpm in 3rd onwards and the dump valve also changes noise. please help

sounds like a boost leak in the cooler pipework, you dont say what engine you have, petrol diesel etc?

It could be a dodgey leaking wastegate too, that makes a screaming noise....

its petrol 2.0 8v sri remapped dump valve ect.

id get it pressure tested for a boost leak then mate, sounds likely unless the turbo bearing is buggered?
