i thought that to as it has pullys etc and needs the engine turning.

had my system leak tested today and it has a leak did not actually bother to find the leak as i am not able to afford the repair. all i know is it is down under the condensor somewhere and it is a fast leak :(

It won't be under the condensor somewhere, it will be THE condenser and £300.00 . . .Ker - Ching!!!!!!

I would agree to leave it for now....HOWEVER, next May, June & July you will REALLY want it working.

Over the winter months why not try to obtain a new condensor (there about 130.00) then fit it your self or with a mate, then get it regassed in January or Feb you could save yourself a lot there.

I only went for the £300.00 treatment because the Garage agreed to pay half under warrenty so it cost me £150.00 - less than doing it myself.
