It would be useful to eliminate the DMF first.

When the DMF problem started on my 407 there was a loud rattle in the area I mention coupled with a vibration inside the cabin to the left of centre and under the passenger's feet, there were also rattles around the central dash area.

Good luck with it, it would be great to have a look for you, but you are a bit far away.

I did a Citroen C2 Mot and service this morning....this had a vibration inside the cabin, turned out to be a stabiliser rod that had been bent in the middle causing it to touch the lower engine mounting.

I have the poly lower engine mount bush from powerflex. Took about an hour and half to fit. I cant say it incresed interior vibration although you could feel a little more vibe from the dash - but it wasnt noisey at all - unlike the poly top and bulkhead mounts on my 850 T5! It depends on the car/engine.

Now when the turbo spools I get a nice deep growl from the engine - not unbearabably noisey or causing any vibrations etc.
