Aye feller, I average about 452-53 mpg overall, though i've been too lazy to remove 150 kilos of tools from my boot fter fixing a mates car and the mileage has plkummetted to 44mpg!

Pug quote within 1mpg between the 90 & 110, so there shouldn't be much in it.

I wouldn't worry about the computer, they all lie

Mine always tells me when the tanks full that I can do 595 miles but I know I can probably get at least 100 miles more than that
Makes me laugh when the 'Distance Left' says 95 miles, then a few minutes later 60, then 43..........I usually chicken out and fill up by then, never let it go below about 30 I think, I wonder how low it will go, will it start shouting at you or flashing uo threats on the multi display

my trip computer said 30 miles to empty this morning and the red light was on my fuel indicator, which by the book says about 30 miles to empty, filled up completly and only got 56 litres in, isnt the tank 70 litres??? the remaining 14 litres shouild of given me at least another 130 miles! how is the quantity of fuel left in the tank calculated and does the trip computer go off this?

I have a habit of stubbornly ignoring my fuel gauge (no flashy trip computer in the exec model :( ). Best I've done so far is 68.5 litres of unleaded where the fuel tank's only 66 litres! That was 565 miles on my trip counter which works out at around 37.5mpg. Not bad for a turbo eh? :D

I really wish the out of fuel light wasn't so damn bright though...

Might bae worth jacking up each wheel in turn to check for any brake binding on or stiff.

The 110 should be more economical than the the 90 as the emissions are lower, its in the next cheapest tax bracket. Mine will return well over 60mpg on a long journey in the summer but it averages about 50mpg driving it round here, a little less in cold weather but we do live in a rural area and I drive like a grandad.
