yes
If you blank the EGR without disabling the doser then the system should detect that not enough exhaust gas is being recycled and close the doser.
So EGR blanking should be accompanied by doser disabling?
it will look at the maf and all other inputs but it may make the engine stall if you just take the egr out and not the doser

I don't think the Nico pipes would fit a 110.
Here's the 110:
And here's the 2.2:
Among other things, the inlet manifolds are completely different.
The 2.2 has two dosers, the extra one being on the intercooler bypass that the 110 doesn't have.
Looking at the first of Rich's diagrams, (for the 110), it looks like all you need is the 'Air Hose' (5) as an alternative to the 'Air Doser' (12) and 'Air Hose' (13).
Unfortunately either version will set you back more than £50 at Pug, but the scrappies must be full of them.
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)
Interesting to note on the 2.2 that after about 2002 the air dozers and the pipe were all one big (expensive) bit and you can't buy the connecting flange separately to do the dozer bypass thing because they stopped selling them (intentional?)
Thanks for all the info & input guy's, so I take it it's blank the EGR valve & remove or disable the doser at the same time then , but no management issue's or having to dive in with pp2k
2002 110 HDi estate, Rapier in monaco blue! ( found quite a bit more power ) SOLD I've sorted the airbag light

The DW12B doesn't have the intercooler bypass (and therefore has only one doser) so they're not needed.
My doser is not working properly at the moment. I think it's sticking shut when the car is cold. Fault code logged but no EML. Symptom is hesitation and clatter when you plant your foot -- which I try not to do when the car is cold anyway. Replacement part ~£150 so at some point it's going to have to come off for having a fiddle with (then break it then buy a new one anyway).
