Not once did i say that the HDI is less superior than the HPI, all i said was that the HPI was more rare is all
I aint got nowt against the HDI or its owners, I merely loaded the gun, y'all decided to shoot it lol. I digress a little, My car passed the M.O.T reguardless of the EGR being out of service on its FUBAR basis. Seems like the so called " emissions " that these units save aint worth a $hit in what emissions they apparently save, as the readings my car gave off were still lower than guidelines demand, what a crock. I'll be picking the new unit up tomorrow from my local stealer ( for which i know the service blokes first name, its mark ) id blank the hole in the block where it sat, but at the moment it dont idle and dont really like to move anywhere in its usual smooth and comfy style lol so i have the joy of fitting it in the crappy weather were having at the moment, why ?, because i love my 406 
and at the weekend ill be changing both rear anti roll bar drop links, front discs, top and bottom trailing arm bushes. With a Spanner in one hand, a beer in the other i doth my K&N beanie to you all and wish you all happy puggin'.
